While I do not have an electric golf cart, I have seen kits that replace the caps on the battery with the necessary tubing and a connection for the distilled water supply. These appear to be an easy DIY project. As for the trickle charger, these can be as simple as a device that you raise the seat and clip on to the battery pack, or as difficult as a modification to the cart so the trickle charger plugs into a new socket installed on the cart. I any case if this is a new cart, I would check that anything you are planning on doing would not void any warranty.
