Right.... maybe ? Remember, Tabla Rasa is ONLY a theory, one among many. That one was set forth by those who disagree with the doctrine of Innatism ! Who knows, "a theory is a theory is a theory....nothing more", as one of my first grad school professors said. "It's a thought, and idea, means nothing unless it's provable". That was his "warning" to us (brand new PhD students...LOL) to give great thought to our research proposals... so he didn't have to mark them up with BIG RED X's ! LOL !
