I don't think 13 square feet is correct. I think they meant 130 square feet. The zero makes a big difference.

Pricing & Cabins
So, $60,000 a year for a couple in a 10’x13’ (including bathroom) room without a window. Sounds like something close to prison. Stopping occasionally at ports to have a few hours rushing to several sites or grabbing a few souvenirs for which you have no room in your cabin. Remember Roger Miller’s song “King of the Road”? “Three hours of pushin’ broom gets a 6x9 two-bit room.” I’d rather stay home and look at photos of those places.
