I absolutely agree the heavy duty suspension is necessary, and yes it can make the ride rough for one or 2 people we have one of these. As for the golf club mounting, ours at at the exact same height as a standard golf cart, so this might depend on the style of the additional seat.

Finally, there are kits for DIY installations, but I would expect most of the mobile golf cart service companies could do this. Be sure to get the heavy duty suspension, or you will be sorry when you try to transport 4 people.
