Yes, offering to paint the interior of an entire home is not a reasonable expectation, but at the low cost of the very effective cleaners you simply attach to a hose and and only "work" to it is simply holding the hose, it would be a kind offering with little cost to you (or any kind neighbor). A way to approach it without a callous or sarcastic attitude, would be to simply let them know YOU are washing down your home, or part of it, and say you notice they to have some mold forming on their back wall and you'd be glad to give it a spray while you are doing yours. Actually, a tactful person could do this without even having to do their own (though most homes can always stand a hosing down !), just get a bottle and connect it to your hose, and ask your neighbor if you can give his/hers a quick spray while you're out doing some on your house. It really could be done without hurting or embarrassing your own neighbors. Much kinder than "calling standards" and "turning in people" ! ? Why do that when first you can at least find out if your neighbors need help ???

Great response. Or even offer to pay to have it professionally done. I paid $150 to have mine done last year. Not much.
