Around LSL/Brownwood - How many putting courses; pitch and puts; places like Ednas or Sawgrass; walking trails; softball or archery complexes; dog parks are closer together, there’s a pool at Fenney Grill. I am sure the are others -

I am not advocating one way or the other, I live north of 44, and could have bought south of 44. I am just saying, they talk to residents, people who left, and change.
Even north vs south of 466 - there are differences - biggest example is how golf carts share/dont share the road on places like Morse Blvd.
