It's interesting that if you and I robbed a bank, we would be in jail awaiting trial, then could expect 20 years or more in prison. Not the same for bankers who blatantly mismanage their banks for personal gain (SVB) or people like SBF who stole millions, and get to live at Stanford University in their rich parents' home, under a bail agreement.
