Joining in on this long conversation. AAA quote on our 1990 home up $1000 for auto and home with no claims, 9 year old roof. We are having a 4 pt wind mitigation inspection tomorrow which will let us know how much life is left on the shingles.
Got quotes from State Farm, about $1000 less, and The Villages Ins, about the same…..but Villages is using Cabrillo Coastal for the home insurance.
Anyone know about this company or used them for a claim? Someone else earlier mentioned their Cabrillo doubled….maybe our quote is good for the first year, then a big jump?
