Would be nice. Would that mean they would have to end Air B n B s $$ grabs in T Vs??? 6 mos and year long rentals ok run those checks; but over night $ makers... who knows who is in the pool with your grand kids! Would love seeing the end of ABnB s in T V.

Reality... background checks will never happen. T V security ends where the red buttons are as all streets are public. Security lift gates in T V are a facade.

It is however, great that the T V has Community Watch and gate keepers that can be called to assist as watchfull eyes. I do love that they will do daily wellness checks as well.
