VK - re the number of doctor visits, i would probably contact someone at the state's board of medical examiners and report my concern that the doctor is bilking medicare. the state board might be more likely to have investigators to review and do something than the medicare agency would. that doctor is one of the reasons medicare is in the shape that it is.
