Civilians On Patrol for Speeders on multi modal paths program has been over subscribed and we have a wait list. Our vehicles and equipment will not be in for 2 months so we will have to go under cover until then. Our research shows that the Yamaha Golf Cars are 90% of the speeders. Our research also shows that of those 90% at least 50%, the ones with seat belts, are the biggest offenders. We will limit our initial patrols to the Squares from 5-8 pm and ticket only the Yamaha Golf Cars with seat belts. This will take a big load off our future work.
