OP, you might try using Indeed or LinkedIn to see if you can find someone. It appears you need someone with several years of experience (to get the license) and possibly will to moonlight a second job. I was going to suggest contacting some of the colleges, but realized non of the graduating students would be licensed. The other possible alternative would be to just hire an engineer onan as needed basis. Sumter County building department gave me a list of local engineering firms that could work with me on a project for my house. Good luck with your search.
