Depends on where you live if going by golf cart? The larger Sumter County Library is on Powell and is accessible by golf cart as is the smaller Belvedere Sumter County Library. Resource Directory • Sumter County, FL • CivicEngage
Both have computers you can use to get to a lot of newspapers.

I really like the Lady Lake Library but you cannot get to it by golf cart. Lady Lake Public Library
