Sometimes Facts and Data may not be factual or true depending on your perspective.

Fact: The earth is Round

Not everyone accepts that Fact. If you set out to prove that fact how do you prove the Evidence that you present? For example you have a photo of the earth from the moon showing its round. How do you prove the photo is real?

I usually take the approach that the other person's position is not the same as mine. Rather than say they are Wrong I would say that My position is different and I could state that I see things differently.
