Nope. The white pick-up (at the top of the roundabout) has the right of way to be in HIS lane. The small blue car to is left only has the right of way in HIS lane. If the small blue car wanted to make that right turn exit (actually to the left, looking at the picture), he had to make sure he could safely do so, since both cars have the right of way to go straight thru the roundabout. The small blue car could have entered the roundabout along side of the pickup...
