And if you are in the circle in the left lane and want to exit, you go F* slow, use your right blinker and be sure that the right lane is clear before turning . .

Regardless of who has the right of way, the scenario is much more preferable to not have an accident and lose the car and then have carfax smear your perfect driving record. .

note: i did drift once in a NE rotary and it scared the sh!t out of me. . .
