And most of the time it is just harmless juveniles that are not planning any crime. Maybe just bragging about having some guns and some mild anti-social attitudes.

Discord isn't a "dark site." It's important to use terminology correctly, or else you end up spreading the same kind of misinformation you accuse others of spreading.
Discord is just a chat network, much like IRC, the AOL and Prodigy "chat rooms" were back in the day.
