We have the same cart, no apparent problem with ours at these speeds. IMHO, you might want to see if you have a belt slipping or another problem. I would suggest one of the mobile cart repair companies, I have used Todd Casey and was pleased with their work, before you go to high-speed gears. I believe these cost several hundred dollars to install.
