Heh - most of those "government spokes people" still don't understand the concept of social media.
Also - Discord isn't an acronym. It was named Discord because discord - the inability to synchronize - was something they were trying to solve when they were playing League of Legends and one of the Final Fantasy games, almost a decade ago.
As for my comment that you responded to, I was incorrect - they don't have "hundreds" of game servers. They have "millions" of game servers. They, being Discord.
Technically speaking, discord is a VoIP and instant messaging system. If you use Zoom, or Skype, or WhatsApp, then you are using something very similar to Discord.
