Would this help to identify carts hitting gates? Few carts should even approach gates so they can't be the bulk of the problem. Ah yes....a good example of enforcement (lack of it) all the "registered" vehicles on the road......

registration of golf carts for Identification/policing is a complete fantasy.......great theory zero effect in practice!!! Just like the automobiles in TV.
