This seems to be going a little too far unless they adjust these prayers to closely match the communities in the Twin Cities.
I would think that some kind of message over cell phones to come for prayer would be a better solution.
I did live in Minneapolis from late Summer of 1986 through late Fall of 1991.
But there were not very large groups of Muslims there yet. Wars in East Africa brought in a lot Muslims fleeing violence in the 1990s.
