Considering it was someone else's responsibility to do this, and considering that live ammunition was not supposed to be on the site and that it was someone else's responsibility to ensure this, and considering it is not common practice to hand someone a loaded gun with live ammunition on a movie site, I don't see how in any way, shape, or form you can find Baldwin responsible, unless you have no idea of ethical behavior.
