You can go online and see what a Jeep kit costs for you brand of golf cart you are looking at. I would add a few hundred dollars for paint (most kits are not painted), and another couple of thousand to have the old body removed and the new body installed, as well as any other modifications required for the installation. IMHO, I would guess you will be in the $20k range.
If you are handy, I would find a nice used cart, and do the modifications myself.
