Possible, but the original post also included:
The flowers were removed before the Rep. had finished talking to a neighbor across the street….who also had a violation. Difficult to imagine hardscaping being removed that quickly.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
