Do you mean a lady bird deed? If so, any title company can convert your house deed to a lady bird for a few hundred dollars, and you can designate anyone as the beneficiary for your house. Much easier and less expensive than a trust. Lady bird deeds are used in Florida because Florida does not allow real estate deeds to be set up as TOD (transfer on death). It is a good idea to discuss the concept with an attorney.
