I have not found any good chinese food in or near the Villages.
the little chinese resturant next to big city grill on 466 near the new walmart is the best i have found.
Try Siam Orchid ( near the hospitalon 441 ) it is thai but not spicey unless you want it. wonderful decor and friendly staff, resonable prices.
