Flipper is Closest I've found to NYC pizza; Chicago pizza; Queens pizza; Jersey.
Not the 'toast' from New Haven which infiltrated parts of upstate NY and L.I.

If you want a slice or 2 go to Bravo and tell them you want soft foldable crust.

I'm 85 , grew up in the city and know real NY pizza.
