Yes you can fold it. Chicago has all kinds of pizza. “Chicago” pizza was labeled that way as a marketing tool. I’m from Chicago and don’t know anyone who eats Chicago deep dish pizza. It’s a tourist think I think. Most pizzas are made like everywhere else , thin. But most places do cut it into squares instead of slices.
