Have always struggled with tipping a percentage.

Does "good service" at Gibson's (Chicago), vs. Chop House (LSL), vs. STK's (NYC), vs. TooJay's have significantly different values just because of food prices??? Not for me.

Have not tipped based on percentages for years.
