You may need two companies, one to remove the awning from the house, and depending on where you live one to haul it off to the dump or otherwise dispose of it. If it is still useable, you could take pictures and advertise for free. Since you state this is heavy, I would check on both your insurance and any workers insurance, just in case someone gets hurt.
