I do not know how BJ's survives. The newer one in The Villages is always empty and you have to use coupons and also they staff few registers so you have to do self checkout.

I’m sure BJ’s had location analysis done but IMHO they blew it! Occasionally that happens if you get a consultant not familiar with the growth of an area.
