Not sure if you are looks for the "clubs" used to hit the balls, or a "club" of people just learning the sport. If you are looking for a set of clubs, they come up quite often on this site. IMHO, go to a store and get measured for a set of clubs, and then check any set you are looking at to see if they are at least close. If you at looking for a group of people to play with, I would take a couple of lessons, then ask around your neighborhood to see if there is a group, and if not call a couple of local course starter shacks and see if there are any openings. I have done this a few times, ended up with players better than me and players worse than me. I pick up the ball as soon as it is obvious, I will not make double par.
