It is a very fair price but actually it's costing me just shy of $100 less including a 40->50 gal "upgrade" only because I had a 20% discount coupon for Lowes for the heater. They (M. Scott) were nice "back then" as well but I'd still never deal with them for the reason stated in my previous message.
