The Hooters info for prospective franchisees praises the “simple kitchen operations.” That means that chicken arrives at the restaurant already breaded and frozen in single serving bags. Open the bag, toss it in the deep fat, then serve. All the entrees are pre-frozen. The salads are pre-washed and mixed and ready to open and serve.
Is it true that the chain likes to hire local women to flash their hooters and smile? Lots to choose from here.
