New homes from the developer are quite a ways away from Brownwood with, in my opinion, a completely different environment as far as restaurants, shopping, entertainement, etc. I do realize that most people are not stupid and can see where the new homes are being developed, but it seems that the "lifestyle experience" could be quite misleading compared to where you would buy from the developer. If it is meant just as equally for the sale of existing homes, then my point is probably not valid.

Very true and this is why a week is not nearly enough to get the lay of the land and talk to lots of people about what they like and what they do not like
