One worries about ad placement, while mental health, and gun violence is on the rise. That’s what worries me, those who need help and can’t or won’t get it. Those who choose to destroy lives just for fun.

Ad placement doesn’t has never made me run out and buy something, or stop buying something that I have bought for years.

I have to ask if your child, or grandchild is of a different lifestyle, than you believe in, would you disown them, hate them, make them disappear from your life, as if they didn’t exist?
When the ad placement targets children, I draw the line...

And yes, I have several friends, and friends with children who are part of the "Pride Community"...

Not sure why you would guess or hope I didn't...

I have zero desire to "disown them, hate them, make them disappear from my life, as if they didn’t exist"...

Quick story... We have friends, who's son is gay. I've know him since he was a baby...

When he "came out" his parents called to tell us. My response was "I know"...

They were surprised and asked how I knew. I replied, "because I know Josh! I've know him forever..." The said, "We just wanted to make sure you were okay with it..."

I replied "No one cares, he just Josh..."

A few months later we went to Iceland with that couple. On every single tour, at every single restaurant, they felt the need to ask, "How is it for gay people here, in Iceland?"

They got the exact same answer, each and every time. "No one cares".

Yet, they felt the need to keep asking... It became a bit much after a while...

Seems to me, THEY were the ones with issues about their son...
