I get it. Guys who say they're women is a weird thing, and hard to wrap your mind around. I don't understand it either. I can't imagine feeling, or believing, or thinking I'm anything other than how I was born. But apparently some people do, and demanding that they reject how they feel, is just as weird to me as someone demanding that I reject how I feel.
If you meet me on the street and I tell you my name is Orange Blossom Baby, and you call me George, and absolutely refuse to call me by MY preferred name, then it's you, being disrespectful to me. I'm not asking you to take me out to lunch. I'm asking you to call me by a particular name, and refer to me as such.
