Fresh Market has a much broader variety than Publix for cheeses. Many of the usuals, but some less known or less popular ones as well. They have a really nice nutty baby swiss that melts like butter in a toasted cheese sandwich. They have several goat cheeses and a bunch of different brie options plus imported camembert from Normandy. The St. Clemens havarti is to die for when it's in stock.

Sometimes I stop at Fresh Market to look for certain items. I also look at the cheeses. A few years ago, I found some
Humboldt Fog and I think it was there that I found some
Stinking Bishop.
