Probably reactive because that (40%) is what my July 1 renewal is up over last year. Maybe the State of FL should have taken some of the $12 MILLION dollars they recently allocated for leasing jets to fly migrants all over the country to help fixing the insurance programs here. Divide that up among all the folks who are getting killed from insurance increases and it would have to help a bit. Watching the news last night there seems to be a major migrant shortage in FL to do the jobs the residents won't take (like picking fruits and vegetables) due mostly to the new laws just passed.
