I'm at 400 mbps on a cat 5 wired gigabit system, and that is the max needed with multiple computer devices pushing large files around with streaming TV operating at the same time that anyone would need.
So unless you have a demand more than that, I would say 200 is more than plenty.
and I will probably move down in speed or get a cheaper provider when retired.
