Would it be less of a problem if the renters spoke English?
Most deed restrictions do not prohibit rentals of any length of time. Renting is not the type of business prohibited in the restrictions.

Why do people insist on making claims without looking them up first, do they really think no one will check? Proof by emphatic assertion rarely works.
