Oh for the love of God! Do you even know when these "withholding tables" were constructed... to start in what year??? This could have been in the works for some time, not just plopped down the last 7 mos. Why does everything create hysteria with you people. Yes! I said "you people" meaning the right wing. And if I hear the term "death panel" or killing seniors" one more time, I'm going to vomit.
