EXCEPT some really dear people spoke up and said a lot of nice stuff about the somewhat older people. I am not older. I will be 70 in November.

I think I am current in my ideas, lifestyle and interests. In my heart I am 16. I meet each person with a real interest in what is happening in their lives and after living five decades or so we have all experienced many of the same happy times and some of the same sadnesses.

I choose my friends for their kindness and warmth first and then their zest for life. I have not been disappointed in TV. My youngest friend is 48 and my oldest is 97. Not that I'M counting!
GG, I know I can ALWAYS count on you. We've never met in person, but if I ever sell this darn house and make it to TV, you are one of the first people I want to meet (Oh don't cry Kathie, you're on that list too )

For me age is not a factor. I am looking forward to joining clubs and partaking in activities with people that have the same interests as myself. If the people happen to be "younger" great! If they happen to be "older" great! Selfishly, I just want them to be people I want to spend time with who want to spend time with me.

And Gracie if I make it down by November I'll help celebrate your big seven-oh.
