I had the opposite issue. My rear water line is in my birdcage - near the pool where they connected the autofill. I wanted a faucet outside the cage for cleaning the filter, hosing off furniture, etc. My floor consists of pavers, so I simply lifted up a row of pavers, connected a Tee to the line filling the pool and ran new pvc outside the cage (under the pavers, under the cage wall) then attached tnew faucet to outside wall.

Re-tamped the sand and put the pavers back, re-sanded the joints, and you would never know anything was ever done!

Should have done this when the pool was installed - live and learn!
