We bought an older house so I cannot comment about dealing with the Warranty Department. I am sorry a couple of the posters feel the need to vent their frustrations. However, we have used Nickel Tile for carpet replacement, tile on the floor in the lanai and a decorative tile backsplash in our kitchen. We had very good results using this company and would not hesitate to use them again. There are three sides to every coin and we are only getting one here.
