Do be careful about the recommendation given by one person on this site; one on route 441, or known locally as OBT (Orange Blossom Trail). From your post I get the idea this is not what you are seeking, this is more of an alternative medicine office. I believe (?) you are looking more for a "coordinating" physician, rather than an alternative or homeopathic doctor ? You might try the U. of F. hospitals, though I don't know which department at the medical school, and, I'd try the local medical society for Lake, Marion, and Sumter county.
