Some of our defects reported during construction and at closing have not been fixed at 21 months so don't expect anything at four years.
But seriously, one year warranty on most things including workmanship. Cosmetic issues need to be reported within the first seven days of closing - especially those things that the homeowner could have caused themselves like scratches and such. Two years on systems like electrical and plumming and ten years on structure.
