Adding a hose bibb to the irrigation system is not a good idea. First of all, the water is not clean enough to hose down the lanai because it can cause staining on surfaces. And second, to comply with the plumbing code, the hose bibb needs to be in a locked box and have a sign on it warning people that it is not potable water and is not safe for drinking.
