I also agree totally Chelsea, even though we didn't by during the peek period. We bought in the slow market when double digit discounts and extras within the villa where being tossed about.
Ok, thing I didn't like about Citizens was when we were looking at maybe getting aloan fo r part of the money, that they didn't offer VA loans.
