We bought a Designer on a waterfront lot in 2013.
The upcharge at the time was reasonable.

We didn’t want a golf course view. Between the mowing, fertilizing, and noisy golfers we opted out.

I would not buy a house with kissing lanais.

I can only imagine what they charge now for view lots.
